Where is With Love, Sophie?
We are located in North-East Victoria, being centrally located in regional Victoria allows us to reach venues from Melbourne CBD to the King Valley and anywhere in between like the Yarra Valley.

We travel to weddings across the entirety of Australia with our blooms in tow.

Each area has its own travel fee to cover fuel, vehicle requirements, accomodation, we are happy to talk about this at any time.

How far in advance should we book our florals?
We open our books around 12 months in advance, we take on a limited amount of weddings each year so we can offer the best experience to all of our lovely couples.

If you have a date booked in for a wedding in the next year, reach out when you have gathered your floral ideas to secure your date with us.

How does the booking process work?
Step 1: Enquire via our booking form
Pop your details into the form on our enquiry page and we will be in touch within 48 hours to confirm availability for your date and then schedule in a free 30-minute consultation.

Step 2: Have a consultation with Sophie
It is all about us getting to know one another and chat about your floral vision for your wedding.

Step 3: Receive your quote and mood board
We will email through an initial quote and mood board for you to review.

Step 4: Lock in your florals
To lock in your booking confirm the quote via return email and you’ll receive our booking contract and details to pay the 10% booking fee.

Once this is received your wedding florals will be officially locked into our calendar!

In the lead up to your big day we will handle the rest and communicate as needed. We are always just an email or phone call away if there is anything else we could assist with during the process.

Can we adjust our quote after we have booked in?
Of course! We always expect changes to be made and the floral vision to evolve as we get closer to the wedding!

Florals can be added and shuffled around closer to the date. This is why we love to have another consult around 6 weeks out from your wedding date to confirm your vision.

Where will our flowers come from?
We work from a home studio located in Yarck, Victoria.

Being a home studio means that all of the produce we procure is specially for your event and only the freshest and highest quality florals are chosen for our clients. Aside from the blooms we grow in our micro farm, we work with a range of wholesalers, local growers and home gardeners to source only the most beautiful florals for your event.

What does With Love, Sophie do to be more sustainable?
t's important to us to talk about our sustainable values and communicate what we do to uphold this to our brides!

Some of the ways we achieve this:

• placing emphasis on sourcing our florals locally wherever possible which leads us to favouring seasonal blooms

• minimising micro-plastics by avoiding floral foam and non-compostable mechanics, as well as choosing to recycle whatever mechanics we can into future designs

• composting our green waste to create new soil for our farm-grown blooms

• growing our own flowers, specifically hard to find and difficult to transport beauties
